Carroll's^® Peach Vinaigrette Dressing

Carroll's^® Peach Vinaigrette Dressing beautifully combines the sweetness of peaches, the tanginess of vinegar, and the richness of olive oil to create a bright, refreshing salad dressing, glaze, sauce for roasted vegetables, dipping sauce for appetizer and marinade for meats like salmon and chicken. Try this recipe for a Peach Vinaigrette salmon glaze. First, mix 1 cup of Carroll's^® Peach Vinaigrette Dressing, two tablespoons of soy sauce, one tablespoon of Dijon mustard, and one tablespoon of honey. Place four salmon fillets in a pan, pour half of the glaze on top, and reserve the other half later to glaze the salmon again. Next, place the salmon in the oven for 12-15 mins in a 400° F oven; once the salmon is cooked (flakes off easily with a fork), glaze the salmon with the remaining vinaigrette mixture and serve!
