Carroll’s Sausage & Country Store ships Mondays through Wednesdays for timely delivery. Currently, we ship through FedEx using Overnight, 2Day®, and (in select areas) Ground shipping options. To evaluate available shipping methods and calculate cost, a complete and correct street address must be provided before an order may be completed. Due to FedEx regulations regarding the shipment of food, Carroll’s Sausage & Country Store cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Merchandise purchased from this store can only be delivered within the continental United States of America at this time. Perishable items should be delivered within 2-3 business days of shipment. Non-perishable items generally arrive within 7-10 business days of shipment at most locations. Customers will receive an email confirmation once a purchase has shipped.
Perishable items such as beef, pork, and sausage must be frozen and shipped in refrigerated containers to ensure that all food is preserved during transit. Depending upon your location, certain shipping options may be restricted to guarantee that your food is delivered in a safe and timely manner. To accommodate this additional processing and handling cost, an additional service charge will be placed upon all perishable items.
Don’t be alarmed if your complete purchase does not arrive in a single shipment. To take advantage of different FedEx shipping efficiencies, we often ship items separately. Purchases may be divided into multiple shipments according to weight and the perishable nature of each item.
