This Sweet Onion Dressing is a versatile dressing with sweet and savory flavors from the tangy vinegar, zesty mustard, and sweetness from the sweet onions. This dressing complements salads, dip for fresh vegetables, sandwich glaze, meat and seafood glaze, and even a delicious brunch quiche. Try this easy, savory, Sweet Onion Bacon quiche to serve up at your next breakfast gathering. Preheat oven to 375° F and roll store-bought or homemade pie crust into a pie dish. Place 1 cup thinly sliced caramelized onions, six slices of cooked chopped bacon, and 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese into the pie crust. Next, whisk together 1 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of Carroll's^® Sweet Onion Dressing, salt and pepper to taste, and four large eggs and pour on top of the onions, bacon, and cheese in the pie crust.
