Hard to please

Southern delicacy, not to salty as some smoked meat tends to be, these pork chops are large and turned out to be moist with the mild smokey flavor we give them five stars,

I bought these chops as a gift for my Dad and his wife when he was released from the hospital for hip surgery. THEY LOVED THEM ! They were thick, my Dad said one of the chops could have been a meal by itself. He went on and on about the flavor. I can't wait to taste some myself when I rotate home. Thank you Carroll's for such a quality product.

Can't Beat Them

These are the best chops you'll ever sink your teeth into. Throw them on the grill for a short time, pair them up with corn on the cob and/or a salad and you are good to go. Yum!!

Miss

Good. I think I cooked them too long on the grill. If someone knew how to cook smoked cops I’m sure they would have been amazing.

Great Chops!!!

Chops were outstanding!! If I could ask for anything, I would ask for a slightly thicker cut, but taste? Great!!!
